When you book the studio for your event, the space becomes yours. The space can hold up to 35 people, but we recommend a group size of 30 people for ultimate comfort. Enjoy (7) event tables, (35) white event chairs, and our selection of modern furnishings. Your event booking starts and ends during your scheduled time. Please ensure you book enough time to set up and clean up the space so it’s ready for the next person!
WEEKDAY RATES
$50 per hour
-All event bookings require a 2-hour minimum
-Your first invoice is the deposit covering the 2-hour minimum
-The second invoice will be sent after your event ends to capture any additional time in the space

Booking & Availability
How do I book the studio for an event?
To book the studio, complete the inquiry form above. Please add your preferred date, time, and any additional details to help us understand your vision.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to ensure availability.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your event booking. The deposit amount equals the two-hour minimum rental fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are fully refundable. After 24 hours, the booking fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.

What amenities does the studio offer?
Studio 702 features natural light, 14’ ceilings, dreamy cream curtains, event tables, event chairs, and modern furnishings.
Can I bring my own props and decorations?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own props, decor, and backdrops to personalize your event. We ask that you refrain from using glitter or clear plastic tape while using the studio.

How long do I have the studio for?
Your booking includes the exact time you selected. Be sure to include setup and clean up time within your reservation.
How many people does the space hold?
The studio can accommodate up to 35 people.
Are food and drinks allowed?
Yes, but please be mindful of spills. Any damages or excessive messes may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Is there parking available?
Yes, street parking is available near the studio. There is also two public parking lots across the street that are within walking distance from the studio.
Can I play music during my session?
Of course! Feel free to bring a speaker and set the vibe for your shoot.
What if I need extra time?
If no one is booked immediately after your session, you may extend your time at an additional hourly rate. Please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll send an invoice after your event to account for any extra time used.
